I can’t find my password - how do I login to the site?
We do things a little different from most sites. Each product / subscription, once purchased, has its own login password, rather than there being one overall password for the site and all the products. The general email signup on the website is for the free email newsletter only and separate from any paid products and subscriptions.
When you buy or subscribe to one of the videos or live stream subscriptions you will receive an email with the login info and password for only that one product. If you buy a second product or subscription there will be a separate email with a different login and password. Make sure to check your spam if you can’t find the email, and note your password(s) somewhere.
how do I cancel my monthly subscription plan?
You may cancel your monthly recurring subscription at any time.
PLEASE NOTE: Your general J. Brown Yoga Email Subscription is always FREE and separate from the paid monthly subscriptions plans. Cancelling that will stop the free email notifications, not the paid subscription. To cancel a paid subscription:
1) Locate any email message you’ve received from us regarding the J. Brown subscription plan you want to cancel (whether it be a livestream class, teacher’s class, or podcast premium subscription).
2) Find a link at the bottom of the email that begins with: "app.moonclerk.com/plans/…" Moonclerk is a great app we use to take recurring monthly payments.
At this link you can cancel your plan, or make other changes, i.e. new credit card, new email address, etc.

is it OK for me to use these videos if I have never done yoga before?
Absolutely. You can just start with practice videos or come to some live classes. On the practice videos, start with 7-minute program and slowly work your way through the 15-minute, 30-minunte, 60-minute, and then 75 minute. It may be that you will never need more than 7 minutes, but each program offers a little more challenge and you can explore them at your own pace.
is it OK for me to use these videos f i am out of shape?
Yes, definitely. The exercises are designed to help facilitate and maintain health. There is no previous experience or level of ability required to get the benefits. It is a gentle but powerful tool. And just the act of taking care and paying real attention to your own body can be greatly beneficial.
is it OK for me to use these videos if i have an injury?
As with any injury, consult with your primary care health professional. The information on this video and website do not take the place of medical care. This practice is about learning to make yourself feel well. So paying attention to how you feel, and doing more or less as is required, day by day, is key. The 7-minute, 15-minute, and 30-minute programs are designed to be simple enough to be safe and effective for most ailments and conditions. The important thing is to only work within the limits of your pain. If you are not sure of your limits then you will need to get some help in making that determination.
